At Green Toys, we want you to love your sustainable fashion choices; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your unworn items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original condition with eco-friendly tags still attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original biodegradable packaging and include the packing slip to ensure faster processing.

  Label and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid carbon-neutral shipping label, then drop the package off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
